% 07.04.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking quashing of impugned order 18.02.2015 passed by the Appellate Authority and order of dismissal dated 07.01.2014 passed by Disciplinary Authority whereby the petitioner was dismissed from the service. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was employed as Head Cashier with Punjab National Bank and was dismissed from service vide order dated 07.01.2014.

The petitioner preferred an appeal against the dismissal order and the same was dismissed vide order dated 18.02.2015.

After some arguments, Mr. Islam Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as

application with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
