% 27.04.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.861/15 under Sections 323/354/354-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Kanjhawala. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 22.02.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Status report reveals that the petitioner has BAIL APPLN. 392/2016

since joined the investigation and is not involved in any other criminal case. A quarrel had taken place between the parties over construction on the common area.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application and Crl.M.A.No.3212/2016 stand disposed of.
