% 14.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead move an application for review before the executing Court bringing to its notice the fact that the original decree holder has since died and plead that his interest has devolved on the petitioner, the other legal heirs having statedly relinquished their respective shares in his favour and explaining the delay by appropriate averments. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
