LPA No.101/2017 & CM No.4889/2017 (stay) Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we find substance in the submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant that W.P.(C) No.2217/2016 needs expeditious hearing. We are also informed that the pleadings in the petition are complete. We, therefore, direct that W.P.(C) No.2217/2016 be listed before the learned Single Judge on 21.02.2017, for directions.

We request the learned Single Judge to advance the hearing of the writ petition and decide the same expeditiously, preferably before 31.03.2017.

The date already fixed in the writ petition as 03.08.2017 shall stand cancelled.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
