The present petition has been filed alleging contempt of the order dated 08.12.2016 whereby the learned Single judge of this Court had directed the respondent/DDA to raise fresh demands on the petitioner. 2.

The decision of the learned Single Judge was thereafter affirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in LPA No. 274/2018. The SLP preferred by the DDA was also dismissed.

The learned counsel for the respondent had undertaken before this Court on 12.02.2025, as well as, on 03.03.2025 that the Allotment-cumDemand Letter shall be issued soon to the present petitioner. 4.

Today, the learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a Demand-cum-Allotment letter to the petitioner in the Court with regard to the Plot No.38, Pocket 1A, Sector 25, Rohini, Delhi. 5.

contempt petitions are concerned which were disposed of by a judgment dated 10.07.2020, the respondent is ready with the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter and the same will be issued to the concerned allottees. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
