The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- (i) to issue directions to the police to provide security/protection to the petitioners.
(ii) to direct respondents No.2 and 3 not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioner.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State/R-1 accepts notice. 3.
Petitioners are present in person alongwith their counsel. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major and against the wishes of family members of petitioner No.1, they got married on 10.02.2016 at Arya Samaj Vaidik Mandal (Regd.) according to Hindu Rites and Ceremonies. Learned counsel further submits that the Petitioners are apprehending threat from the family of Petitioner No.1, hence police W.P.(CRL) 520/2016
may be directed to provide protection to them. 4.
Along with the petition, the petitioners have placed on record their age proof to show that they are major as well the photographs of their marriage.

They have also annexed the copy of the FIR No.77/2016 under Section 363 IPC which has been registered at PS Bharat Nagar, Delhi by the mother of the petitioner No.1 as well the communication sent by petitioner No.1 to SHO, PS Bharat Nagar, and DCP, North-West District, Ashok Vihar informing that she is major and had left the house on her own and now married to petitioner No.2.

Today parents of petitioner No.1 and father of petitioner No.2 are present. They submit that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners if the petitioners live happily as husband and wife. They further submit that they have accepted the marriage of the petitioners and the petitioners need not apprehend any threat from them. 7.
Mr.Rajesh Mahajan, learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that though before this Court the parents of both the petitioners are accepting the marriage of petitioners but still to ensure the petitioners about their safety, mobile numbers of concerned SHO/Beat Constable shall be provided to the Petitioners to enable them to contact the police if necessity arises. 8.
In view of the above assurance given by parents of the petitioners as well as learned ASC for the State/R-1, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition. 9.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
