This appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the PMLA Appellate Tribunal in FPA-PMLA2146/DLI/2018. 2.

The order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI, PC Act-10, declaring the appellant a 'Fugitive Economic Offender' under the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 ["the Act"], has been upheld by a learned Single Judge of this Court vide judgment dated 09.04.2026 passed in CRL.A. 1071/2025. 3.

In view of Section 14(a) of the Act, the appellant is, therefore, debarred from pursuing this appeal.

is in the process of challenging the judgment dated 09.04.2026 before the Supreme Court.

While disposing of this appeal as one which cannot be allowed to be pursued by the appellant, we grant liberty to the appellant to revive the same in case any favourable order is passed by the Supreme Court on his remedy against the judgment dated 09.04.2016 referred above.
