FIR No. 225/13 under Sections 420/467/471 IPG was registered at 1, police station Naraina on the complaint of Mr. Ramesh Garg. In nutshell, respondent no.2 has alleged that petitioner proclaimed iimself to be 1'

proprietor of M/s Satyam Enterprises, M/s Satyam Steel Tracers, M/s A.S. Auto Industries, M/s Krishna Steel, M/s Repco Industries and M/s Ganpati I Enterprises. Petitioner procured material, that is, steel bars from time to I li time from the complainant to the tune of ^8 crores. He handed over 85 |:

It is not in dispute that investigation is over and petitioner is in I custody for the past 11 months. Charge-sheet has been filed and trial is underway. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?1 lac with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
