% 08.10.2015 IA No. 7195/2015 (O 23 R 3 CPC) Plaintiffs and defendant have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in this application "Mark C-1", which has been signed by the parties and their counsels, inasmuch as is supported by the affidavits of the parties.
Mr. Samar Qureshi has signed and sworn the affidavit on behalf of the defendant being its Director/Promoter. Mr. Samar Qureshi identifies his signatures on "Mark C-1" at points "X" on each page. Plaintiff no. 1, who is also present in Court, identifies his signatures as well
as signatures of his wife, that is, plaintiff no. 2. Accordingly, a decree is passed, in terms of paras 2(i) to (vii), (ix), (x) and (xi) of "Mark C-1", which shall form part of the decree.
Since parties have settled their disputes before commencement of the trial, let 50% of the court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and a necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued by the Registry to the plaintiffs.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
