O R D E R

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 212/2021 under Sections 419/420 IPC registered at Police Station Amar Colony.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 20.11.2023 to submit that this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to his joining investigation as and when required by the I.O concerned.

He submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order the petitioner has joined investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned. 4.

He submits that earlier also, the petitioner had joined the investigation, pursuant to the notice issued by the I.O under Section 41A CrPC which was received by him on 04.11.2023. 5.

the petitioner has joined the investigation once on 30.11.2023, and in case, he is further required for any investigation, he will be informed by the I.O concerned.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer with further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.
