CORAM:

% 14.01.2019 Submissions have been made on behalf of the petitioner. On a perusal of the impugned order dated 14.11.2017 of the learned Rent Controller, Central Headquarter, THC and observations in para-6 of the impugned order which indicate therein that the rent has been directly deposited with the Court of the ARC which aspect is sought to be refuted on behalf of the petitioner submitting to the effect that the payment was sought to be made to the counsel for the respondent and thereafter sent through e-Money Orders, which was refused. It is essential to observe that it has already been observed vide proceedings dated 14.11.2017 that the effect of rent having been directly deposited with the Court of the ARC would be considered by the learned ARC at the appropriate stage. Apparently, the contentions that have been raised by the petitioner herein in relation to purported refusal by the landlord of the stated tender of rent would have to be considered by the learned ARC. There is no merit in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be however sent to the learned ARC concerned.
