The present application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 214/2022 dated 03.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 307/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Shakarpur.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file afresh at an appropriate stage submitting that another case against the petitioner under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 is pending adjudication and petitioner is not on bail in that case also.
