O.M.P.(T) 2/2017 This is a petition filed under Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter the 'Act') seeking appointment of an Arbitrator in place of Late Justice S. K. Mahajan (Retired) who was appointed by this Court by an order dated 17.12.2015 (ARB. P. 390/2012). Since Justice S. K. Mahajan has expired an Arbitrator is required to be appointed in his place. Accordingly, Justice M.L. Mehta (Retired) (Mobile No. 9910384620) is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator shall continue the proceedings from the same stage as left by Late Justice S. K. Mahajan. The arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) O.M.P. (T) 2/2017

and in accordance with its Rules. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator/DIAC for holding a preliminary hearing. The petition is disposed of.
