Pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2024, the parties have arrived at a settlement under the aegis of Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

A settlement agreement dated 04.12.2024 has been placed on record, which is signed by both the parties and their learned counsel, as well as by the learned mediator.

Learned counsel for the parties seek a modification of the decree passed by the Trial Court in terms of the settlement agreement. 4.

The impugned decree of the Trial Court dated 08.08.2019 is set aside with the consent of learned counsel for the parties.
