The present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,2 seeks quashing of FIR No. 203/2022 under Section 3, 4 & 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 registered at P.S. North Rohini. 2.
Counsel for Petitioner, at the outset, states that she has not received the copy of the chargesheet despite specific directions by the Trial Court to this effect. Without going into this controversy, nonetheless, copy of the chargesheet has been provided to her during the present proceedings. 3.
In light of the above, counsel for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition and those which are available in law before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
