The present appeal seeks to assail the order dated 31.08.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in Cont. Case (C) No. 824/2023. 2.

Vide the impugned order, learned Single Judge did not find any reason to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents. 3.

In light of the aforesaid, we have put to learned counsel for the appellant as to how an appeal would be maintainable under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the appellant's claim.
