This is an application preferred on behalf of the applicant Vicky S/o Raj Kumar under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 6/2020 dated 02.02.2020 under Section 376 IPC and Sections 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act) registered at PS: Chankyapuri. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the trial court at an appropriate stage.
