A Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.267/2025 dated 19.04.2025 under Section 110/3(5) of BNSS registered at Police Station Subhash Place, Delhi. 2.
The facts as stated in FIR are that on 18.04.2025 at around 08:30 PM one employee of Petitioner's office threw a garbage bag in front of the shop of the Respondent No.2 and 3 to which employee of the Respondents took an objection. Thereafter an altercation took place between them. The Petitioner picked up a brick and attempted to hit it on the head of the Respondent No.2 and in self defence sustained injuries on both his hands and forehead. The Petitioner again struck the head of Respondent No.2 with a brick, because of which his head started bleeding and he became dizzy. Respondent No.3 took him to Hospital. The Police arrived at the spot and recorded his statement, on which an FIR No. 267/2025 dated 19.04.2025 U/s The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 110/3(5) of BNSS had been registered against the alleged persons. 3.
It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 and 3 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. The Respondent No.2 and 3 have filed an Affidavit in support thereto. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.
The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with all the Petitioners/accused and the present Petition has been filed. The Respondent No.2 and 3 have no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 267/2025 registered at Police Station Subhash Place, for offences punishable under Sections 110/3(5) of BNS with all the subsequent proceedings and the Chargesheet is hereby quashed qua all the Petitioners/accused persons.

The Petition stands disposed of.
