% 19.02.2018 In terms of the directions dated 16.2.2018, the Investigating Officer SI Manoj Chahar, PS Mundka has produced the mother of the minor child Kajal in relation to whom the FIR No.225/2012 under Section 307/317 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Police Station Mundka had been filed.

Since a submission had been made on behalf of the petitioner on 16.2.2018 itself that the mother of the minor child and the minor child are living with the petitioner which submission had been refuted on behalf of the State and the mother of the minor child had been directed to be produced and she is present and in response to a specific court query the mother of the child states that she and the minor child as produced by the Investigating Officer today, are living

together with the petitioner for the last three years and she also states that now there are no problems and there being no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant, in view thereof, in the event of arrest the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the direction that the appellant shall not leave the country. The bail application is disposed of.
