Mr. Abhishek Ghai accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents takes a preliminary objection with regard to the jurisdiction of this Court to entertain the present petition.

After some arguments, Mr. Ganesh, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks to withdraw the writ petition to approach the appellate authority.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be free to advance all contentions before the appellate authority.

The petitioners will file the appeal within a period of two weeks from today.

7.

Needless to say, the appellate authority will dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, though not later than eight weeks from the date of lodgement of the appeal.

8.

Consequently, the pending interlocutory application shall stand closed.
