CORAM:

HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH

O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 CM No.8352/2016 (exemption) Allowed subject to all just exceptions.

LPA No.150/2016 1.

The unsuccessful petitioner is the appellant before us. The writ petition was filed challenging the order of sealing of the petitioner's chamber bearing No. K-76, K.L. Sharma Block, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 16.07.2011. The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition by the order under appeal dated 19.01.2016 holding that the petitioner is not entitled to seek de-sealing and possession of the chamber in view of the suspension of his enrolment.

2.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and having perused the material available on record, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order under appeal. The writ petition

was filed in the year 2012 aggrieved by the sealing of the chamber of the petitioner/appellant in July, 2011.

3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Single Judge had rightly declined to interfere and there is no reason to interfere with the same. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
