The petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of maintaining social ties as well as to remain present in the family at the time of partition of ancestral property. 2.

Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. 3.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with effect from 14.11.2015 to 28.11.2015.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

7.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
