By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 21.05.2024 passed by the learned ASJ-05, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in a criminal revision filed by the complainant being Crl. Rev. No.175/2024 titled as 'SYMPOH Marketing Pvt. Ltd. v. Bhargava Commercial Pvt. Ltd.'

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the complainant in the proceedings initiated under Section 138 NI Act against the respondent in which vide order dated 19.12.2023, the Trial Court had directed payment of interim compensation to the tune of 10% of the cheque amount. He submits that in the revision petition filed by the respondent, where the respondent appeared in person, the Sessions Court stayed the impugned order without granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Considering that the said petition is now listed before the learned Sessions Court on 23.08.2024, it is deemed apposite to dispose of the present petition with the directions to the Sessions Court to make an endeavour to hear the submissions of the parties and dispose of the revision petition at the earliest.

The petition is disposed of accordingly along with pending applications.
