Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for expeditious disposal of the trial of CR Case No.4793 of 2021 titled as State vs. Rakesh pending in the court of learned MM-02,Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Learned counsel submits that long adjournments dates of around six months are being given by the learned M. M.

At the outset, the pendency of cases in the trial courts are huge. Still the endeavour of the court should always be to expedite the trial. This court also will always encourage the expeditious disposal of the pending cases. However, this court while sitting here cannot manage the calendar of the learned trial courts.

Hence, no direction can be issued in the individual cases for the expeditious disposal.
