It is submitted on behalf of the parties that the dispute between the parties is settled in terms and conditions of the settlement recorded before the learned District Judge (Commercial Court -03), Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 05.10.2023 recorded as Ex. P-1. 2.

It is submitted that a consent decree has been prepared in terms of the settlement agreement Ex. P-1, therefore nothing remains in the present petition and the petitioner wishes to withdraw the same. 3.

In view of the above submissions, the permission to withdraw is granted.
