% 29.11.2017 The proxy counsel seeks adjournment on the ground main counsel is unwell. The office report states steps were not taken for notice to issue to the opposite party. It is also noted that directions for steps to be taken were given initially by order dated 14.03.2017. Since no steps were taken, matter was adjourned with similar directions by order dated 28.07.2017. On the next date i.e. 27.10.2017 again same situation prevailed as there was default in taking of steps.
The counsel present is clueless as to the reasons for continued defaults.
The petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. R.K.GAUBA, J NOVEMBER 29, 2017 srb
