This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 03.10.2024, whereby the Petitioner was granted regular bail subject to compliance of the conditions set out therein. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has duly complied with each of the said conditions. She states that the investigation has since been completed and the charge-sheet as well as supplementary charge-sheet stands filed.

She states that in view of the subsequent developments, condition 'vii.', which reads as under may kindly be deleted:- "Petitioner will mark presence physically before the concerned I. O. every 3rd Friday of the month at 4 pm, and will be not kept waiting for more than an hour."

She states that Petitioner undertakes remain to bound down by all the remaining conditions of the bail order dated 03.10.2024. 5.
Issue notice. Learned ASC accepts notice. He confirms that the charge-sheet and supplementary charge-sheet has been filed. 6.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court finds merit in the contention of the Petitioner and accordingly, condition no. 'vii' of the bail order dated 03.10.2024 stands deleted.

The Petitioner will however, remain bound by the remaining conditions enlisted in the bail order dated 03.10.2024. 8.
With the aforesaid directions, the application stands allowed. 9.
