The present application bearing CM APPL. 61345/2025 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.

It is submitted that since the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") has launched the Amnesty Scheme 2025-26. The petitioner has already deposited the requisite amount under the said Scheme. Thus, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition, any further. 3.
