2. For the reasons stated therein, this application is allowed. The delay of 15 days in re-filing the petition is condoned.

3. This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to deliver the award.
4. Notice. Mr. Sushant Bali, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the
Respondent. There is no opposition to this petition.
5. Accordingly, the Court extends the time for passing the award by the learned Arbitrator for a period of three months from today and in any event not later than 31st May 2017.
