The instant writ petition assails the Debarment Notice dated 01st September, 2023 issued by the Respondent, disqualifying the Petitioner from participating in future tenders. The said debarment notice was also impugned before the Appellate Committee of the Respondent, where the Committee has, after considering the Petitioner's representation, decided the appeal against them on 12th July, 2024.
