Vide order dated 11.12.2023, the respondent No.1 and anyone acting on his behalf was prohibited from using or disclosing any confidential information belonging to the petitioner.

The respondent no. 1 and anyone acting on his behalf was also restrained from contacting, soliciting or engaging with existing clients of the petitioner.

Since an arbitrator has been appointed in ARB.P. 374/2024, the interim order dated 11.12.2023 shall continue till the application under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is filed and decided by the learned arbitrator so appointed.

The petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to agitate the violation of the order dated 11.12.2023 before the learned arbitrator. 5.
