% 13.08.2018 Ms. Deepali Bhati, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of defendant No.1 is present in Court along with the counsel and she submits that defendant has stopped all the operations and has no objection to the decree being passed in respect of prayer (i) and (ii) of the suit, subject to the plaintiff giving up prayer (iii), (iv) and (v) of the plaint. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that she has taken instructions from the plaintiff not to press prayer (iii), (iv) and (v) against the defendant.

In view of the statement made by defendant No.1 today in Court, the plaintiff's suit is decreed in respect of the prayers (i) and (ii). Decree shall be prepared in favour of the plaintiff.

No order as to cost. Pending applications are disposed of. J.R. MIDHA, J.
