% 01.03.2017 This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of his daughter. Pursuant to the orders dated 09.02.2017, daughter of the petitioner Shivani has been produced in Court. She has produced her Aadhaar Card, as per which she is stated to be 20 years of age. She, however, reiterates her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., but states that for the moment, she would like to reside with her parents. Let Shivani join the company of her parents from the Court itself.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order be given Dasti to all the parties under the signature of Court Master.
