% 02.04.2025 Vide judgment dated 06.05.2024 the Hon'ble Court has granted Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner. In compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has deposited requisite Court Fee and Administrative Bond.

Vide order dated 12.03.2025, petitioner has granted exemption from filing the surety.

Separate statement of petitioner i.e. Mr. Dewan Chand Purthi is recorded today regarding the Administration Bond. Administration Bond is Ex. P-1 and copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. P-2(OSR). Administration bond is found in order and the same is accepted. Accordingly, the Registry shall take steps for issuance of Letters of Administration in favour of petitioner in terms of judgment of the Hon'ble Court dated 06.05.2024.
