% 05.05.2017 In this petition challenge is to the regularization on the post of Beldar with respondent-Corporation w.e.f. 1st April, 1990. In pursuance to the directions issued in W.P.(C) 7174/2006 Municipal Corporation of Delhi Vs. Sh. Vasu Dev Yadav, respondent has passed order of 31st March, 2015 (Annexure P-11) indicating that petitioner can be regularized against the post of Beldar/ Kuli. Petitioner vide application of 8th April, 2015 (Annexure P-12) has given his willingness to be regularized against the post of Beldar/ Kuli w.e.f. 1st April, 1990. In view of the aforesaid, counsel for respondent seeks four weeks' time to consider petitioner's application of 8th April, 2015 (Annexure P12) in the light of order of 31st March, 2015 (Annexure P-11). W.P.(C) 1347/2017

In the light of above, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent to act upon its order of 31st March, 2015 (Annexure P-11) within a period of four weeks and to intimate petitioner about its fate within a week thereafter. Needless to say, if petitioner still has any grievance, he can always avail of the remedies, as available in the law. Dasti.
