Heard. Issue notice. Learned counsel for respondent accepts notice and submits that he has no objection, if the captioned IA is allowed. In view of the submission made, the captioned IA is allowed subject to just exceptions. O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 22/2024 2.

This is a fresh petition u/s 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the next date for recording of evidence before learned Arbitral Tribunal is 09.08.2024.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed.
