This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking extension of time to deposit the balance awarded amount within a period of 4 weeks.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. Mr. Avinash K. Trivedi, learned counsel for the non-applicant/decree holder, accepts notice and has no objection if the present application is allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking modification of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court, to accurately reflect the amounts already paid by the judgment debtor towards the arbitral award dated 15.12.2023 and accordingly adjust the amount to be deposited along with up-to-date interest.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. Mr. Avinash K. Trivedi, learned counsel for the non-applicant/decree holder, accepts notice and has no objection if the present application is allowed. 8.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the balance awarded amount with up-to-date interest be paid within the extended period of 4 weeks.
