These are the applications in the present petition, which was disposed of vide the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court. EX.APPL.(OS) 884/2025 2.

This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking modification of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court, to accurately reflect the amounts already paid by the judgment debtor towards the arbitral award dated 10.12.2023 and accordingly adjust the amount to be deposited along with up-to-date interest.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. Mr. Avinash K. This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking extension of time for depositing the balance awarded amount within a period of 8 weeks.

For the stated in the application, issue notice. Mr. Avinash K. Trivedi, learned counsel for the non-applicant/decree holder, accepts notice and has no objection if the present application is allowed. 8.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The judgment debtor is granted further the time of 4 weeks to deposit the balance awarded amount.
