This petition under Section 29A (4) of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the 1996 Act) seeks extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal presently in seisin of the dispute between the parties for a period of six months w.e.f. 1 August 2024. 2.

Mr. Mayank Bamniyal, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by six months w.e.f. 1 August 2024. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
