Learned counsel for the respondent appearing through video conferencing submits that by virtue of the order dated 13.06.2025 passed in EX. No.921/2025, the possession of the subject premises has already been handed over by the petitioner to the respondent. 2.
As such, in view of the dicta of the Hon9ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.52205221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing surviving therein. 3.
