Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has returned with instructions. He submits that the Petitioner is agreeable to make payment in terms of the order dated 05.04.2024 passed by the learned Appellate Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 within a period of two weeks. 1.1 For this purpose, Respondent shall appear in the office of the Petitioner at Hasanpur Bus Depot Office, Delhi. 2.

In view of the aforegoing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing further survives in the present Petition. He seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Petition.

The Petition and pending Application are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
