The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking direction to respondents to admit the petitioner in school of respondent no. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the prayer in this petition stands answered and the petitioner herein has been granted admission in the respondent no. 2/school.

In view thereof, the petitioner shall be entitled to be imparted education as an EWS student, and shall receive RTE entitlements as per law. 4.
In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of as prayer being satisfied.
