The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their disputes and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 27.08.2024.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh in case the respondent at some stage does not comply with the terms of the settlement.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
