% 15.01.2018 After some arguments, the counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal. The appeal and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. By order dated 22.02.2017, the insurance company was directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with interest with the tribunal. The tribunal shall now release the amount payable to the claimants in terms of the award.

The statutory amount shall be refunded.
