BAIL APPLN. 2934/2019 Vide this bail application, the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in case FIR no.279/2019 registered at P.S. Moti Nagar, Delhi.

On 25.11.2019 in Bail Appl. No.2912/2019, this Court had directed that the balance amount of Rs.35,25,000/- shall be paid on or before the first week of February, 2020 and the petitioner therein was directed to continue on interim bail.

Keeping in view the order passed by this Court in the connected matter, the Trial Court is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner till further orders.
