The petitioner is invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of an appropriate writ/directions to the respondent to execute the Conveyance Deed in respect of the subject property in his favour. 5.

Learned counsel for respondent/DDA is present on advance notice.

The petitioner‟s claim is that he is the owner and in possession of the same property by virtue of an allotment letter, possession letter and other documents in his favour from the DDA. However, it appears that the petitioner has misplaced some of the documents. 7.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, as consented, the instant writ petition along with the documents filed by the petitioner, be treated as a representation addressed to the concerned authority of DDA and a reasoned decision, thereupon may be passed after hearing the petitioner within a period of six weeks. 9.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
