The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorized construction being raised on property bearing no.Khasra no.549, old address shop No.05 Kukki shop, Sultanpur Colony, PS Fatehpurberi, New Delhi 110030, measuring 200 Sq. Yards.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that part demolition action of the property has already been taken and the remaining action is scheduled for 06.03.2024. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering the nonappearance of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
