The parties are at loggerheads with respect to the adherence of the lift policy in question.

On one hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is a flagrant violation of the lift policy and on the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents opposes the same. 3.

The Court under the writ jurisdiction may not entertain such a grievance which eventually requires to be adjudicated after allowing the parties to adduce the oral and documentary evidence. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
