% 01.02.2016 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, the Central Government issued the Ordinance and according to the ordinance, the court where the petitioner had presented the cheque in question, shall have the jurisdiction to try the same. It has been submitted that the next case fixed before the Trial Court is 8th March 2016. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned court and to take appropriate steps.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by Counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the latest position, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Dasti.
