The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondent to decide his statutory appeal dated 08.07.2024 in a time bound manner. 2.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that the petitioner's appeal will be considered as expeditiously as possible and the respondent will endeavour to decide the same within the time as may be directed by this Court.

In light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to decide the petitioner's aforesaid appeal dated 08.07.2024 within a period of 12 weeks' by passing a reasoned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
